What We Do

Understanding a child’s learning style and determining proper school placement are essential for a child’s academic success.

A psychoeducational evaluation can help us identify your child’s cognitive and academic abilities and determine where possible learning disabilities, developmental delays, and underlying mental health problems such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and depression may be present.

This knowledge will provide you with a better understanding of your child’s learning needs and how to best support them across all settings. At the same time, your child can begin learning how to advocate for themselves and the support they need in their academic journey.

With a holistic approach to our testing, Wiz Kidz Assessments collaborates alongside your child’s teachers and other support professionals, observing your child’s natural environment, to ensure an individualized and accurate assessment. Within the testing process, we work to build trust with families as the guides of each child’s success.

Wiz Kidz Assessments additionally offers assistance with the Joint Admissions Testing Program (JATP), which helps in the admission process for families applying to private schools in metro Atlanta.
